Dillon Horst

I grew up in Dalton, Ohio, a small town about an hour and a half east of Tiffin. I went on to attend Bowling Green State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Planning. After graduating in the fall of 2024, I made the move to Tiffin and joined Tiell Financial Group as an Investment Coordinator.

In this role, I assist with a variety of investment-related tasks and support our advisor team to help ensure a seamless client experience. I’m currently working toward passing the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) examination, with the long-term goal of transitioning into a financial advisor role. I look forward to building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and helping them navigate their financial journeys with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and being with friends and family. I believe in making a meaningful impact—both personally and professionally—and strive to bring positivity and purpose to everything I do.
