Dillon Horst, CFP®

Originally from the Wooster, Ohio area, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, where I specialized in Financial Planning. During college, I gained valuable experience in the financial services industry through roles with a bank and an investment firm. These experiences helped lay the foundation for my career and allowed me to obtain my Ohio Insurance License, FINRA Series 6, and NASAA Series 63, and 65 registrations.

Shortly after graduation, I relocated to Tiffin and joined Tiell Financial Group as an Investment Coordinator. Since then, I have transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor, where I work directly with clients to help them navigate their financial journeys. As of October 2026, I am proud to have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification, further strengthening my commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized financial guidance.

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, working out at the Tiffin YMCA, running, talking sports, and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether personally or professionally, I strive to make a positive impact, approaching everything I do with purpose, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
